Yoda Project Machining

We have machined the Yoda file in foam at life-size.  For this process we cut the file in four separate stages on a rotary-axis enabled CNC router, the FROGMill from Streamline Automation. The tool used was a 1/4" Ball nose foam tool.  This process allowed us to capture a great amount of detail in the piece.

A short video of the process is available at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODrwU1EfgdE

This great how much does this cost?
I would love to make molds for Batman cowls, or Ironman suits, also how to decorate your home with different crown molding, and fireplace.
Thank you, great job!

Tungsten and tungsten alloys are heavy refractory metals or alloys with a very high melting point and high density.  Pure tungsten is a steel-gray metal that with impurities is brittle and not very workable but in pure form is very ductile and easy to work with. chemetalusa.com
